Vandy Alwani-West grew up on St. Thomas.  After graduating from Antilles School in 1991, Vandy went on to earn her BA in English Literature at the University of Pennsylvania. She then lived in New York City for two years but couldn’t escape the call of the islands, so in 1997 she came back home to the sunshine, beaches and island lifestyle that she had been missing so much. Following her return she gained considerable experience in retail sales and management, but she eventually decided that her calling was to work in real estate. She has been a St Thomas Realtor for many years. She now also has her St Thomas Real Estate Broker’s license. Vandy is married and in her spare time she stays physically active; her favorites being running, tennis, and exploring other nearby islands. Vanessa is the Office Manager and the heartbeat of our Red Hook office, keeping it well organized and running smoothly. She is bi-lingual and speaks English as well as Patois fluently. Among her many responsibilities, she is responsible for the personal and telephone reception of our clients and customers and the scheduling of all showings of properties we have listed for sale. She is also the company notary public. Vanessa graduated with honors from Ivanna Eudora Kean High School and later furthered her education at Clark Atlanta University in Georgia with a major in Business Administration. She has extensive experience working in general public and administrative office settings. Vanessa also demonstrates superior communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with our clients. Well known in the Virgin Islands for her musical talent, Vanessa regularly sings for weddings, funerals, church activities, political campaigns, etc. She is the proud mother of two boys and is the daughter of well-known and highly respected Virgin Islands educator, Agnes Greenaway-Latortue.

Jane was born and raised in the Virgin Islands and attended Emerson College where she majored in Business. She then moved to Italy where she enjoyed a successful career in interior design. Her family moved to the Virgin Islands in the 40s and she comes from generations of builders. This has attributed to her keen understanding of local land acquisition, all aspects of building and property management.
